• Save energy – wash at 30°c. Hang dry where possible. Do not bleach. Warm iron. Wash with similar colours.

Chest: Measure the full circumference of your body, under the armpits and over the fullest part, with arms relaxed at your sides. The measurements on the size chart are body measurements. Don’t forget to add on a couple of inches if you prefer a roomier fit.
