Sustainable Materials

  • 70% recycled cotton - derived from fabric from the factory cutting room, which normally ends up in landfill. It is re-spun and knitted into new garments, reducing waste and the land mass needed to grow new cotton – saving water usage and dyes.
  • 30% recycled polyester - discarded plastic bottles are recycled into polyester yarn. Saving considerable energy in the manufacturing process, reducing waste and saving plastic bottles from entering the ocean or landfill.

Made Ethically & Responsibly

  • Garments are ethically made by skilled workers with fair wages. Profits give back to local communities.
  • Vegan – not tested on animals and doesn’t contain animal-derived products.
  • Printed by hand (using no electricity) using plastic-free and non-toxic inks, which are Soil Association approved. Other companies may use cheaper mass-producing techniques that involve solvents and plastics.

Care Guide

  • Save energy – wash at 30°c. Hang dry where possible. Do not bleach. Warm iron. Wash with similar colours.

Certifications

  • PETA-Approved
  • Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX®

We screen print by hand

We design and print every single item by hand in our small studio on the Yorkshire Coast.

We only print what we need when we need it, which keeps costs down, reduces waste and makes space for new colours and designs regularly.

Screenprinting by hand means less environmental impact due to using no electricity. It is one of the oldest forms of printing, yet it still produces the best quality prints available today.
